Your data

Your clients' information is confidential. We treat it that way.

A client list is one of the most sensitive things an agent owns. Here, in plain English, is how Relai keeps yours private, isolated and under your control - no jargon, no badges, nothing we can't stand behind.

What that means in practice

Your workspace

Your book is yours alone

Each agent's data lives in their own workspace, walled off from every other workspace. That separation is enforced at the database level - not just hidden behind a screen - so one agent's roster, contracts and contacts are never visible to another.

Never for sale

We don't sell your data. Ever.

No advertising. No data brokering. We don't share, rent or sell your registry, your contacts or your deals to anyone. Relai makes its money from agents paying for the product - not from the information you put into it.

You approve it

You're in control of what's captured

Nothing the AI extracts changes your records until you approve it - everything arrives as a proposal you can accept or reject. You can delete records, and you can disconnect a connected device at any time, which stops it sending anything more to your workspace.

Private by default

Confidential by default

Relai is private access only. There is no public directory of players, agents or deals - nothing you store is discoverable, searchable or browsable by outsiders. What you put in is for you and your workspace, full stop.

Where it lives

Where your data is kept

Your data is stored with established, reputable cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, database and file storage. Files like documents and voice notes are kept in private storage and are not left open on a public storage URL. Workspace files require signed-in access unless you deliberately include an eligible file in a time-limited Player Pack Share.

Player Packs

You choose what leaves the dossier

A Player Pack contains only the facts and eligible files an agent selects. Each published version is frozen, each Share has its own time-limited bearer link, and revocation disables that link immediately. Anyone holding a bearer link can open it, so it should be handled like a private document link and not forwarded.

Limited access

Only the people you choose

Your workspace's data is visible to you and to anyone you explicitly add to that workspace - and no one else. Add the people you trust; everyone outside stays outside.

In transit & sign-in

Sensible, ordinary protections

Connections to Relai are encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS/TLS - the same kind of protection your bank's website uses. Access to your account is protected by your login. These are the ordinary good practices you'd expect; we mention them because they matter, not because they're exceptional.

In plain terms

We built Relai for football agents. We know a client list is hard-won and private - the relationships, the contracts, the conversations that don't happen anywhere public. We treat it like the confidential thing it is, because that's the only way a tool like this is worth using.
