The mandate is the agency's legal entitlement to be paid. A deal supplies the economics, but the representation agreement defines the fee, so Relai keeps the term attached to its legal source.
Use a custom, sell-on or conditional term and enter the concrete installments by hand. Conditional money stays separate from confirmed forecasts until a person marks the condition as met.
No. GBP, EUR, USD and other currencies remain separate throughout the forecast and ledger. Relai never creates a misleading combined total using an assumed exchange rate.
No. The engine records invoice dates, references and attached documents so the agency can reconcile its existing invoicing process. It does not generate invoices or chase clubs automatically.
