Feature Player Packs

Share the player. Keep the private dossier private.

Player Packs turns trusted player information into a selective, versioned pitch for one club contact—then keeps access, response and follow-up attached to the introduction.

One player. One exact version. One recipient-specific link.

Recipient-specific

Capabilities

A pitch built from trusted records, without exposing the back office behind them.

Player Packs keeps selection, publication, access and response as separate deliberate steps—so moving quickly never means losing control of what was shared.

Curate

Choose the story, not the whole dossier.

Start from trusted player information and select only the facts, approved media and eligible documents this pitch needs.

  • Low-risk starting selection
  • Exact recipient preview
  • Private and sensitive fields excluded

Publish

Freeze the version you actually approved.

Publishing creates an immutable snapshot. Later dossier changes never silently rewrite what a recipient has already seen.

  • Versioned Pack history
  • Stale-data and missing-detail checks
  • Deliberate sensitive-content confirmation

Control

Give every recipient their own access window.

Each Share has an intended club contact, a private bearer link and an expiry date. Extend a live conversation or revoke access immediately.

  • Recipient-specific links
  • Automatic expiry and permanent revocation
  • Selected files kept behind the Share

Follow up

Carry interest into accountable work.

See whether a genuine recipient opened the Pack, capture a clear response and keep the next action with the introduction.

  • Interested, more information or pass
  • One follow-up task, not duplicate reminders
  • Human-recorded outcome and deal progression

Workflow

01

Start from the dossier

Open a player record and create a conservative draft from the football facts, media and documents already held in Relai.

02

Curate and check

Choose the smallest useful disclosure, arrange the reading order and review the exact recipient preview before publishing.

03

Share and follow through

Create one expiring link for one club contact, then turn their response into follow-up and a deliberate commercial outcome.

The difference

From sending a file to operating the introduction.

Frequently asked questions

Does the recipient need a Relai account?

No. Each Share uses a private, time-limited bearer link, so the intended recipient can open the Pack without creating an account or entering a passcode.

What happens if the link is forwarded?

Anyone holding a bearer link can use it until it expires or is revoked. Relai names the intended recipient and can record who actually responds, but forwarding cannot be technically prevented.

Can I update a Pack after I have shared it?

The shared version stays frozen. If its source information changes, Relai marks the Share for review; you can then publish a new version deliberately without silently changing the original pitch.

Can a recipient download documents?

Yes, when you explicitly select an eligible PDF or image and confirm it may leave the workspace. Access ends with the Share, although a copy already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Does an open or positive response move a deal automatically?

No. Opens and responses create visibility and follow-up, never an automatic pipeline decision. An agent chooses whether to start a conversation, create or link a deal, or close the pitch.
